Yippee!  We are going to be working with Bill Teramorse.  Bill worked with Adrian on many telecommunications sites a few years back.  We really like Bill and his wife Tunde and are excited about working with them on  this project.  Now, if we can just get some land and get the ball rolling!

I know...you just read my gush on modular homes.  As much as we like them, we're thinking that for the same money we can have a uniquely designed house.  We're still going to do the prefab thing, but it has to be on the right lot.  We're thinking that what we'll do is buy some cheapy land someplace and get a 2bd prefab for that location and rent it out.  What we really want to do is buy some land in on a nice tropical island and put our prefab on it.  What a gorgeous getaway that would be.

We're still looking for land.  I've been speaking a a real estate agent named Dan Wernicki and he specializes in land sales.  Great for us!  Dan really knows what he's talking about and he's nice, so we're happy with going with him.
