At least in our house.  Those lovely high beamed ceilings really tests ones patience.  Yesterday, we (me and Adrian) primed our living room.  After protecting the floors and bringing in the tools, we probably started around 3:30pm.  We were done by 7:45pm.  4 hours to prime one room is a bit much for me.  And we really didn't even finish because we still need to take the curtain off the big window.  We're really concerned about that.  I'm positive we're going to break the window.  Wish us luck.

We have a painter coming in today (between 2 and 5--what BS...color me the ass, as I was typing this the guy called...our appoint was for 10:30!) to give us a quote and we have someone else coming in tomorrow to help us paint if that the other painter isn't able to do the work.  We don't have much time to do this and we're having a time picking colors.
